As one of the strategic emerging industries, the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry receives strong support from the Chinese government. The Chinese government has formulated a large number of policies to promote the development of NEV industry. Evaluating and analyzing the NEV policies are of great significance for improving policy formulation. In this study, we comprehensively analyze 253 NEV policy texts by employing quantitative and qualitative methods. We present the policy instrument types and semantic structure characteristics of policy texts based on the content analysis. The advantages and disadvantages of policy texts are identified by using a quantitative evaluation model. Our results show that the most frequently used policy instrument is regulatory, and the main policy objective is the demand-pull. The policies with higher scores are more comprehensive. Three suggestions are put forward to improve NEV policies. 相似文献

In the present study, due to various advantages of process miniaturization, the integrated design and operation of a mobile power generation system consisting of a microreactor reformer and a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) are investigated. The hydrogen fuel is supplied through autothermal steam-reforming of methanol in a microreactor leading to a safer, as well as more efficient, and economical operation. A high-temperature polymer membrane fuel cell with external accessories is applied for power generation. Then, simulation-optimization programming is applied for simultaneously optimizing the process design and operation at the same level. The result shows that the implemented procedure ensures the economic and flexible operation of the process while satisfying the safety constraints. The maximum gross power and net power generation are 109.3 and 91.9, respectively, while the cost of hydrogen production reduces from 13 to 20 $/kg to 7.7 $/kg. The fuel (methanol) consumption can be as low as 0.42 L/kWh. 相似文献

针对多角度下车辆出现一定的尺度变化和形变导致很难被准确识别的问题,提出基于多尺度双线性卷积神经网络(MS-B-CNN)的车型精细识别模型。首先,对双线性卷积神经网络(B-CNN)算法进行改进,提出MS-B-CNN算法对不同卷积层的特征进行了多尺度融合,以提高特征表达能力;此外,还采用基于中心损失函数与Softmax损失函数联合学习的策略,在Softmax损失函数基础上分别对训练集每个类别在特征空间维护一个类中心,在训练过程中新增加样本时,网络会约束样本的分类中心距离,以提高多角度情况下的车型识别的能力。实验结果显示,该车型识别模型在CompCars数据集上的正确率达到了93.63%,验证了模型在多角度情况下的准确性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

考虑到现有无人机搜索问题研究中无人机、移动目标仅有一方具有远距离探测能力的设定,已经无法体现出战场环境下双方的博弈关系。针对这一不足,基于stackelberg均衡策略,结合多步预测的思想,提出了stackelberg多步博弈策略,实现了无人机、目标都具有远距离探测能力的博弈搜索。通过建立无人机、目标各自的路径收益函数,使双方能够根据不同时刻的博弈状态选择相对应的函数,实现无人机的动态路径规划。仿真结果表明所提出策略完全适用于该博弈模型,比贪婪策略具有更高的搜索效率,大大提高了目标捕获率。 相似文献

The present paper is concerned with the dynamic modeling and design of control laws for a small non-rigid multi-rotor airship constituted of an oblate-spheroid helium balloon coupled with an electric-powered hexa-rotor airframe. The vehicle is assumed to operate in windless and low-speed conditions. A six-degree-of-freedom nonlinear dynamic model is derived for it using the Newton–Euler approach and considering, among other efforts, a restoring torque due to the displacement of the balloon’s center of buoyancy above the vehicle’s center of mass and the added-mass effect resulting from the air–structure interaction. Using the derived model and assuming a time-scale separation between the translational and rotational dynamics, the attitude and position control laws are designed separately from each other. Both laws are formulated using feedback linearization combined with control input saturation within appropriate parallelepipedal sets, which are carefully chosen to respect pre-defined bounds on the control torque, control force and maximum inclination angle. The effect of temperature and pressure fluctuations is taken into account through a parametric probabilistic approach, where Maximum Entropy Principle is used to construct a physically consistent stochastic model and Monte Carlo method is used as the stochastic solver to propagate the uncertainties through the system. Extensive simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control system and quantify the uncertainty of its performance over a wide range of local temperature and pressure. 相似文献

We have developed, based on the oscillating-center transformation, a general theoretical approach for self-consistent plasma dynamics including, explicitly, effects of nonlinear(higherorder) wave-particle resonances. A specific example is then given for low-frequency responses of trapped particles in axisymmetric tokamaks. Amorphous and polycrystalline Sn‐doped IrO2 thin films, Ir1‐xSnxO2, are grown for the first time. Their electrical response and strength of the spin–orbit coupling are studied in order to better understand and tailor its performance as spin current detector material. These experiments prove that the resistivity of IrO2 can be tuned over several orders of magnitude by controlling the doping content in both the amorphous and the polycrystalline state. In addition, growing amorphous samples increase the resistivity, thus improving the spin current to charge current conversion. As far as the spin–orbit coupling is concerned, the system not only remains in a strong spin–orbit coupling regime but it seems to undergo a slight enhancement in the amorphous state as well as in the Sn‐doped samples. 相似文献

大直径厚壁气瓶内部淬火时的流动换热过程极其复杂,受到多种因素的影响,而研究气瓶内部压强和温度的变化规律对改善流动换热效果、提高产品组织性能具有重要的理论指导意义。以914 mm厚壁气瓶和瓶内流体为研究对象,建立了二维等效流 固耦合模型;采用多喷嘴系统对气瓶内外进行喷水淬火,研究了气瓶总长、喷水流速及淬火时间对瓶内压强及内壁温度的影响,通过间歇淬火试验验证了数学模型的正确性。结果发现,气瓶长度对瓶内压强和瓶壁温度的影响显著,喷水流速次之,当喷水流速大于8 m/s后,水量对瓶壁的冷却效果大大降低;气瓶内壁长度方向的温度梯度分别随气瓶总长的增加和淬火时间的延长而减小,但基本不受喷水量的影响。 相似文献
